3. Roll crusher 
3.1 Overview of Roll Crusher

Due to the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high handling capacity, good product grain shape, small foundation engineering quantity and low one-time investment, impact crusher is widely used in the fields of steel, construction, metallurgy, water conservancy and hydropower, highway and railway and other industries. 

    The structure of the impact crusher is mainly composed of a rotor body, a front impact plate, a rear impact plate and a body. When working, the rotor body is driven to run at high speed through belt transmission, the falling materials receive the impact effect of the plate hammer, are thrown to the counterattack plate for another impact effect, and at the same time, the materials and materials in the crushing cavity are selectively crushed by colliding with each other.

5.2 Development Status of Impact Crusher

With the development of mechanization, it is increasingly unable to meet the industrial needs of metallurgy, construction and mines. On the basis of the design of Hubei crusher, it took more than half a century. In 1924, the Germans first developed two types of impact crusher, single rotor and double rotor. Moreover, due to its advantages of simple mechanism, high production efficiency, convenient movement and handling of various materials, it has been developed rapidly and has been used up to now.
