Main Function & Structure of Ore Powder Briquette Machine

Ore powder briquette machine can be used to press pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron scale, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, coke powder, and other powders, powder materials, waste materials, and waste residues. It is widely used in refractory, power plant, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating, and other industries. It is energy-saving, environment-friendly, convenient for transportation, improves the utilization rate of waste materials, and has good economic and social benefits.

Ore powder briquette machine is to crush raw materials and then directly put them on the machine for production without adding water. Mainly press all kinds of iron powder, mineral powder, iron scale, steel slag, refractory, etc. All materials with powder to be fired need ore powder briquette machine. High-pressure, high-strength ore powder ball press, all metallurgical industry waste, auxiliary materials need to be on the furnace, all need ore powder briquette machine to complete. Structure Composition of Ore Powder Briquette Machine:
1. The feeding part is mainly to realize quantitative feeding to ensure that materials enter the opposite rollers evenly. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor and rotated by a pulley and worm reducer, which forcibly conveys the material into the main feeding inlet. Because of the constant torque of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the material amount required by the main engine, the pellet quality can be stabilized by keeping a constant feeding pressure. If the feeding amount is too large, the electricity of the feeding device is overloaded. If the feeding amount is too small, it will not be a briquette. Therefore, skilled operation skill is an important condition to ensure the normal work of briquetting. 
2. Transmission part, the main transmission system is: motor-triangular belt-reducer-open gear-roll. The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, and rod-pin coupling. The driving shaft and the passive shaft run synchronously through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. A hydraulic protection device is a hydraulic pump to drive high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the piston produces axial displacement. The front head of the piston rod is on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.  
3. The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and the core part is the roll. When the two rollers feed too much or into the metal block, the hydraulic cylinder active briquette machine plug rod pressure overload, the hydraulic pump will stop, accumulator pressure changes to play a buffering role, relief valve open oil return, piston rod displacement between the pressure rollers to increase the gap between the pressure rollers so that hard objects through the pressure rollers, the system pressure returned to normal, can protect the pressure rollers from damage. This machine can adjust the pressure according to the requirement of ball pressing density, and the production is flexible. 

Installation of Briquette Machine:
Before installing the briquette machine, the pipeline should be laid in strict accordance with the electrical specifications, and the strong current and weak current signal lines should be isolated and worn to avoid interference. In an outdoor open environment, vertical external lightning protection measures should be taken. The briquetting machine itself should also be well-grounded to prevent static electricity accumulation from the negative effect. Connect the power line, communication line, and video line correctly during installation. When connecting, carefully refer to the requirements of installation instructions to confirm the communication mode and corresponding pin definition. Generally, the equipment should be installed at the later stage of construction, so as to avoid a large amount of dust on the construction site invading the briquette machine, which will directly affect its service and life.
