Structure and working principle:
SSC1000 coarse crushing tooth roller crusher adopts double drive mode and is mainly composed of transmission system, crushing tooth roller, walking mechanism, electrical control and other systems, as shown in Fig. 1. The transmission system includes a motor, a wave force coupling, a reducer and a coupling, wherein the motor mainly outputs power for the equipment; The hydraulic coupling can improve the starting stability of the motor, reduce impact and vibration, and is also a mechanical protection device when the crusher is stuck. The main function of the reducer is to reduce the rotation speed of the tooth roller and improve the crushing torque. The coupling is mainly used for the connection between the crushing tooth roller and the reducer.

SSC1000 coarse crushing tooth roller crusher adopts the design concept of low rotating speed and large torque. Through special tooth profile design and arrangement of crushing tooth roller, it rotates like a roller screen, enabling small pieces of materials to directly pass between the two rollers and only crush large pieces of materials, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. In the process of crushing materials by tooth rollers, At first, that tooth tip puncture the material, As the toothed roller rotates, The material is engaged by the roller teeth, and a meshing space is formed between the adjacent two teeth of one roller and one tooth of the opposite tooth roller, which produces shear and bending crushing effects on the material. As the material falls further, large pieces of material will undergo certain extrusion crushing effects between the two tooth rollers, and the whole crushing process is completed through the above three steps.
1. Rotation direction and structural parameters of tooth roller
There are two kinds of tooth roller crusher: internal rotation and external rotation. The choice of internal rotation or external rotation of tooth roller depends on whether the function of equipment in the process system is mainly crushing or grading.
2. The rigidity of the center distance between the tooth rollers can be adjusted
The crusher is designed with an eccentric bearing cup particle size adjustment mechanism, which is simple in structure and convenient to adjust. The purpose of changing the tooth roller spacing and adjusting the discharge particle size can be achieved only by rotating the eccentric bearing cup. When the tooth roller is worn after long-term operation, the qualified discharge particle size can be ensured by adjusting the particle size adjustment mechanism of the eccentric bearing cup and reducing the center distance of the tooth roller.
3. Centralized lubrication system
A centralized lubrication system is adopted to carry out regular and quantitative lubrication on each bearing of the crusher. The refueling amount and interval time can be set according to the on-site working conditions, and the crusher can operate intelligently to ensure reasonable lubrication for normal operation of the crusher. At the same time, it is equipped with an alarm device for pipeline blockage and sudden low oil level. If the lubrication system fails, it will give an alarm in time to remind the staff to deal with it.
4. Electrical control system
The electrical control system of crusher adopts PLC control and management system, which has multiple functions such as monitoring and alarm, blocking, centralized control, etc. It uses photoelectric sensors to monitor the rotational speed of the crusher's tooth roller in real time. When the tooth roller is blocked by hard objects and the rotational speed drops to 30% of the normal rotational speed, the output signal is fed back to the PLC system. Through electrical control, the crusher stops immediately to protect the motor and the tooth roller from damage.
5. Electric traveling mechanism
The crusher is equipped with an electric traveling mechanism, which adopts the structural form of two sets of driving wheels and two sets of driven wheels. The electric driving traveling wheel consists of LDH driving device, tapered rotor brake motor and traveling driving wheel, and the traveling wheel is installed on the crusher frame. When the equipment fails and needs maintenance, only the traveling mechanism needs to be started, and the tooth roller crusher will move out of the working position, thus avoiding the problems of narrow working space, harsh environment and low efficiency caused by maintenance workers drilling into the crushing feed chute.
