Thus, for each non-sugar part of the waste honey, about 0.82 parts of sucrose are dissolved and cannot crystallize.                                                           3. Knowledge about molasses   3.1  For cold consolidated briquette, molasses can be used as a binder alone, and some may need to be diluted during use, and a certain temperature is required. Molasses can also be used together with other materials as a binder. For some briquette which needs special use, molasses may also be used as the main raw material to add other materials to prepare a binder with composite properties. 3.2 Dilution method of molasses   3.2.1. Intermittent dilution method Intermittent dilution of molasses takes place in a dilution tank with a stirrer and usually requires some heating and insulation Basic method: the molasses is pumped into the high tank, weighed by the scale, and then poured into the dilution tank. At the same time, a certain amount of water is added, and the blender is used to mix thoroughly to obtain the desired concentration of sugar liquid. 3.2.2.Continuous dilution method (1)Continuous without agitator diluter, the diluter for a cylindrical tube, and along the tube length is equipped with a number of hole plate baffle plate and a sieve plate, in order to make the molasses mixed with water better, each hole location on the board is staggered arrangement, that is, a hole on the top, one on the bottom, this is liquid in the process of flow, turbulent motion, better molasses mixed with water. (2)The use of vertical cylindrical tubes with varying cross-sectional areas is still aimed at ensuring good mixing of molasses and water 3.2.3. Diluting molasses is how the amount of water added is calculated In order to prepare a certain concentration of diluted molasses, it is necessary to accurately calculate the amount of water and molasses required, which can be calculated by the following formula.
